Refund Policy

All sales are final. CleanSpace does not offer refunds.

That is why the free tier is generous and why nothing about it is crippled. Every scan runs free, forever, at full detail and with the real numbers — Smart Scan, Cleanup, Large & Old Files, Space Lens, Protection and Privacy all show you exactly what they found. You also get 500 MB of cleaning, so you can watch the app do the real work on your own Mac before any money changes hands. Try it properly first: the free tier is how you decide.

If something is broken

A fault is not the same as a refund request. If CleanSpace will not run on a supported Mac, or something described on this site does not do what it says, tell us and we will fix it. Email support@cleanspace.cc with your macOS version and what happened.

Billing errors

If you were charged twice for the same licence, or charged and never received a licence, that is a billing error rather than a refund. Send us the receipt and we will put it right.

Your statutory rights

Consumer law in some countries gives you a cancellation right that a seller's policy cannot remove. Where such a right applies to you, it applies whatever this page says.

Before publishing: have a lawyer check this. A blanket no-refund term is not enforceable everywhere — the UK and EU give consumers a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase unless the buyer expressly consents to immediate delivery and acknowledges losing that right, which is something the checkout has to capture at the moment of sale. Note also that refusing refunds does not stop a customer raising a chargeback with their bank.
